37. Barbara De Koning

On the podcast this week we brought on a junior triathlete from the Netherlands who is currently dominating the junior triathlon scene - Barbara De Koning. Barbara has won the last two Junior ETU cups in Caorle and Olsztyn. We heard about her Youth Olympics experience, how she used lockdown to better herself as an athlete and how she is challenging herself by racing in the senior ranks already as well as much more.
