44. Russell White

On this post Olympics episode we welcomed on an actual Tokyo Olympian - Russell White. Russell competed in the men's individual race finishing 48th. Russell had a turbulent time leading into the games having to make a last ditch attempt to qualify which meant racing multiple weekends in a row across three different continents. He did come through achieving his dream of qualifying for the Olympics and he gave us an insight into the weeks leading into the race, the day itself, how everything runs at the Olympic village... oh and of course THAT boat incident.
