46. Tommy Zaferes

On this week's episode of 'The TriNation Podcast' we decided to head into the world of triathlon photography. Podcast host Luke had a sit down with World Triathlon content producer and photographer Tommy Zaferes. Tommy is no stranger to racing as an athlete and in the past raced on the World Triathlon circuit (or ITU as it was previously known) to great success achieving multiple podiums. He spoke about his interesting discovery of triathlon and how it quickly took over his life. Another well known fact about Tommy is that he is married to 2X World Champion and Tokyo 2020 Bronze Medalist Katie Zaferes. He gave us his insight of both working at the Tokyo Olympics as well as all the emotions that came with it following Katie's whirlwind run up to the games and the success that she ultimately achieved.
