Sir Keir Starmer has jetted off on his first overseas trip as Prime Minister - to the NATO summit in Washington. But it all comes as he committed to an ‘ironclad guarantee’ to raise defence spending to 2.5 per cent of GDP, but refused to say when. So how serious are Labour about protecting Britain?
