Episode #140 - Tough Decisions

How do you know if you should stay at your current job or leave? Should you hire or fire?  When you have a difficult decision to make do not do it from a place of fear or doubt.  Work on your mindset to feel happy where you are, then make the decision from a clean neutral place.  Choose change because you want to change, not to escape.
