In this episode, Victor talks with friend and fellow U.S. Marine Mark “Oz” Geist, who chronicled his career-ending battle in “13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi.” Mark was serving as a private security contractor protecting a CIA facility when the terrorist attack occurred, in 2012. He is credited with helping save the lives of 25 Americans, but was seriously injured in the fight. His latest mission — the Shadow Warriors Project — aims to provide medical and financial support for others wounded or the families of those killed while conducting similar paramilitary security operations.
