There’s been a lot of Fantasy TV on the air lately. House of the Dragon and Rings of Power have both been airing as prequels to their respective fantasy genres (Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings) and have given fans of Fantasy TV no shortage of things to watch for the last couple months, and they’ve had… “varying depress of success” depending on who you ask. This made us realize that while we’ve talked a bunch about Game of Thrones over the years, we’d never actually devoted a whole episode to the Fantasy TV genre (or the Fantasy genre on its own). This week we fix that. Hannah and Wayne welcome back returning guests Cait Coker and Maximilian to talk about these shows, the novels that spawned them and their fantasy genre in general. Listen and let us know your thoughts.
