In this episode I share how for so long I hated my body and I would exercise out of spite and to punish my body instead of celebrating it. I've gone through a lot of years hating my body especially after my miscarriage. It wasn't until July of 2020 right after my miscarriage I started viewing exercise as a place of therapy and celebration for my body. I want to encourage each of you to begin to treat your body right by talking to it kindly, exercising, and nourishing it.
