The reason why I got into fitness sucks. I wish the reason why I got into fitness was because I had 50 pounds to lose, I lost it, and now I wanted to help others do the same. That's not my story. For the longest time, I shared with people that I did have weight to lose and I did lose it so LOOK I can help you do the same But I felt like a fitness fraud. My story into fitness is complex, f***ed up, and hard to tell at times. But if it helps even 1 person use fitness to change their shitty situation then it was worth it. And...it has. Now I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm not sharing any tips in this blog. Instead, I'm sharing the raw, unedited chapter of my story. It is only one chapter because to tell it all you would be reading for hours. My goal..my hope...is for you to see my heart, maybe place yourself in my story, and learn how to use fitness to change your life.
