What are you eating for Thanksgiving? Do you have one dish that you look forward to all year? Is it...mom’s turkey? Is it...your aunt’s casserole? Is it...your grandma’s pumpkin pie? Maybe you are looking forward to all that and more!! According the Calorie Control Council an average American consumes 4500 calories and 229 grams of fat on Thanksgiving. Most people that suffer from this wake up the next day feeling disgusting, guilty, and possibly regretting it. Also it oftentimes leads to greater weight gain because it goes into the “F*** it” mentality (wanna know about that then click here) or reverses any progresses you may have had.
