274. Is doing Baguazhang 八卦掌 the same as doing Taichiquan 太極卷?

Both are internal martial arts styles, but is doing baguazhang the same as doing taichi? And the answer is… NO! A lot of people, who don’t know any better, make this mistake all the time.
