Develhope raising 6M, Crono, RedFish LT Capital, Stellantis Ventures - June 20, 2023

Develhope, an edtech startup, 🇮🇹raised €6m from CDP VC, Opes, and Sefea. Crono, a sales-tech startup, raised €500k from SFC Capital, Aticco Ventures, and others. Supermoney, a utilities & finance products comparison company, agreed with VAM SPAC to go public via a merger valuing the company €200m. IREN 🇮🇹acquired 88.43% of ReMat, a circular economy startup, by paying €3.5m. Red Fish Long Term Capital 🇮🇹is planning an IPO with a valuation between €22 and €25m. The company raised previous capital in three crowdfunding campaigns. Stellantis Ventures invested in 10 mobility startups. Blackrock filed an application for a spot Bitcoin ETF.
