You ever watch the tv show Fringe, from the early years of the Millenium? It's awesome. It's an amazing show. Four seasons of almost perfect television. And then the fifth season drops, and... it's completely unnecessary. Just TOTALLY wrecks the vibe and ruins the fun. It's like a total afterthought that serves no purpose and just weirds the whole show.
