Episode Six is a little different from the previous episodes in that Louise isn't a "professional" cyclist, however, her story is something some people only dream about. Not many people have the guts to completely pick up your life and move to a new country where you don't know the culture or speak the language just so you can live life the way you want to. It's been a few years since Louise moved to Girona, Spain from London. Since moving to Girona she has started a successful cycling touring company, Eat Sleep Cycle, with her husband and their mutual friend. She spends most of her days researching restaurants, planning rides, and of course riding her bike all over the place. Louise is definitely following her dreams and building a life she can be proud of. Her story is inspiring, so I hope you enjoy hearing about her!
