Jennifer Boon, a life coach who specialises in building confidence and resilience, has created the Survive & Thrive book series to support women through challenging phases in life and one of the topics she tackles is being single, having spent a good chunk of her adult life going it alone herself. She speaks to Róisín Ingle about being single at Christmas, the things you should never say to single people, dating during the festive period, and she also has some advice on relationship dilemmas too. In the second part of the show, we report back from the Waking the Media event, organised by Una Mullally, which took place in Dublin last week.
