From Stuck on YouTube to 200k Subscribers: How YouTube Coaching Transformed Nicole Green’s YouTube Channel

Nicole’s channel did really well in 2019 when she had a viral video and her channel exploded, but by 2020, her channel had stagnated. Nicole was wondering how to keep her views up and how to keep her subscribers engaged. At 180k subscribers, she would check her stats every day, but nothing was changing. She was kind of stuck in terms of what kind of videos she was doing, and after a channel rebrand, she was exhausted from all the work she was doing without seeing any changes. I first met Nicole when I had her on the podcast last year, and after the interview, we got to talking, and she enrolled in my bootcamp and my private coaching. The rest is history!
