Even if you didn't struggle with weight, you would probably feel compelled to jump on the diet bandwagon going with everybody else. And I'm saying, “Stop! Don't do this.” There are very many compelling reasons not to impulsively jump on a diet, January 1st. One of them being that more than 55% of people who do this fail.
