In this call, we talk about identifying bullshit vs. legit excuses, and how to deal with both of them so you don’t eat your face off. Step 1: Write down the excuses that are getting in front of you seeing the results. Step 2: Identify each excuse is true or just crap thinking. Most are not true but often they feel true! Step 3: If it’s crap thinking: Tell yourself something like: “This is just a crappy excuse that my brain feels is true."  Choose a new thought that is better, that’s exciting and motivating.
