When you get into a habit of overeating – your mind has an increased desire for food. This over desire makes food in your life really important, really exciting, and it creates an imbalance in its importance. The unfortunate thing with this increased desire for food is that it creates weight gain, it causes physical and emotional symptoms. These emotional symptoms perpetuate the need for comfort and pleasure, which oftentimes are found with your desire to eat.
