When I’m bored, I tend to turn to food. 3. I use food to calm my frustration, anger, or other emotions I’m feeling down. 4. I have a hard time sticking to a diet. 5. If I smell food, I often want to eat it. 6. Even though I don’t plan to eat something, I often find myself unconsciously turning into a fast-food joint to grab some food.
