You CAN change your body, your weight, your fitness, and your health. But sometimes, when I talk to people who share with me that they crave a thinner or lighter body, sometimes it can feel really scary to take action. Nothing seems to work. * OR, this won’t work because I have a slow thyroid, I’m big-boned, or I just have big-girl hereditary jeans. Something that my coach and Tony Robbins said that really has helped me assess where I'm pulling back and where I need to up-level, is this -  “Your excuses equal your beliefs.” If your beliefs are your excuses and your excuses be your beliefs – then the only thing holding you back is your excuses. If you don't know your excuses, you don't know what's holding you back from having the body and health that you most desire. In this podcast episode, I show a fitness excuse that I was making and the questions I used to change those excuses around, to enhance my fitness. Get ACTIVE - 1.
