Overeating at meals was a HUGE issue for me for years. Once I started eating, I felt like I just couldn’t stop.  Today I want to share with you the exact process that I used to reduce my overeating by 90%. I was caught up in the cycle of overeating that you might be able to relate to -  1. I'd overeat  2. Then I’d FEEL hopeless like a failure  3. Then, the mental battle with myself would ensue and I would say things like – I can’t stop myself from overeating, this is so hard to get in front of, I’m never going to figure this out, I was on a roll the last few days, I just totally blew all my progress, I’m so bad at getting in front of my overeating, I’m just an overeater, etc. 4. Then, feeling shameful and broken down, I'd either try to restrict my eating or I’d tell myself  “who cares, I blew it”, and would overeat/binge more.
