There are certain actions we take in our lives, where it SEEMS like anger is necessary to fuel them. And while anger does serve an important purpose (I’m not here to tell you to STOP feeling angry), the truth is anger isn’t necessary or even useful for many of the things we tie it to. So while you CAN feel angry anytime you choose and your anger is 100% valid, I’ve got some good news – anger isn’t required.
