Burnout is a pain point that a lot of us are going through, myself included, but to be honest I went back and forth on recording this episode. I’m anti-burnout and all for balance in our lives, but what I kept noticing is that there seems to be a lack of burnout prevention, with most people talking about what to do after you find yourself in this situation. This is why today we are talking about diagnosing your burnout and the root causes of it, and I wanted to make sure this was a strategic one.
