Episode 17: Track Barn CEO and Founder Carl McCargo

Welcome to the Through the Point Podcast, the world's #1 (and only) javelin related podcast This week I had on not only a javelin thrower but decathlete as well in Carl McCargo Carl was introduced to the javelin at Riverside CC and went on to have a successful career as a decathlete and thrower at Central Missouri Carl currently works for the track and field brand ESSX and is the CEO and Founder of TrackBarn  A really cool fact about Carl is he is the only African American in a leadership and sales role at a track and field manufacturer in the US. Additionally, Track Barn is the only black owned track and field company in the industry He touched on it a bit in the primary part of the interview but we also dug deeper into lessons and advice he has from that experience after his favorite thrower.
