This week I was fortunate to have on the incredibly accomplished Kim Amb For those of you who don’t know, Kim is a Swedish thrower who has already been in 2 Olympics, multiple World Championships, and many more major meets at only age 29 This was an incredibly fun interview because I got to learn so much about the Swedish system for track and field, his experiences competing in these major meets, and a bunch of advice for throwers looking to reach that level.
