Episode 22: Life of a Masters Thrower with Joseph Greenberg and Michael Ehr

Welcome to the Through the Point Podcast, the world's #1 (and only) javelin specific podcast!  I guess this is technically the start of Season 2 considering I took last weekend off for my birthday haha It has been an awesome time and I’m excited to bring all of you more content!  This week I had on two masters throwers in Michael Ehr and Joseph Greenberg Something I didn’t know about either of them until the interview was that both of them started throwing the javelin in their mid 30s.  Michael is now in his early 40s and Joseph 70 and is throwing near the world record for his age group It was awesome to have on two people who were so passionate about the javelin and to hear about their experiences, what it’s like being a masters throw, and how they manage their training with their daily lives.
