Episode 39: Team Denmark Athletes and Javelin Society Founds Sebastian Risgaard and Sebastian Skovhauge

They recently created a page called Javelin Society (@javelinsociety) on Instagram with the goal of creating training programs for athletes Both have seen major improvements in the recent years and shared the details of their journey on the podcast. Sebastian Skovhauge has the Denmark U18 record and Sebastian Risgaard recently converted from being a decathlete to solely focus on the javelin These guys know their stuff for being so young!
