Digital in Hospitality

Katrina Logie begins by introducing Thomas, Head of Digital at The Club Company.  As makes sense when talking about how things have changed in hospitality in the past few years, the talk naturally moves to Covid, and the huge effect that that had. As Thomas says, it's really forced hospitality to make some changes; changes that we hope to see snowball into something new.Thomas tells us about the importance of building a community online, and what software they felt it important to create themselves, and what they relied on existing for. Hospitality should be doing more, and Thomas has a dream about what the future might look like, and a couple of ideas about how it might get there.Perhaps in a year, we'll catch up with Thomas again, and find out if we're any closer to his dream hotel.
