In this episode, I share 2 stories that - in the grand scheme of things- may seem insignificant. However, they have greatly affected me as a business woman. Sometimes, especially if you're a woman, you can be unsure if you've been discriminated against..OR..if it's just all in your head. Regardless of what it is, I think it's important to have a conversation about it.
