Tochnyi Talks - Dr. Mauro Gilli

Mauro Gilli is a Senior Researcher in Military Technology and International Security. He received his PhD in Political Science from Northwestern University in 2015, with major in International Relations and minor in Methodology. He has an MA from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, and a BA from the University of Turin.
