We are joined by CJ who is a field Artillery officer in the 82nd Airborne division of the US army and Nikita, an artilleryman of the Patrol Police Artillery Unit of the Ministry of Interior Affairs in Ukraine to discuss Nikita's experiences. The military panel talks about cluster munitions and the controversy surrounding them.
