Ep. 11 Mikhail Popkov: The Werewolf of Angarsk

Welcome back tokers and welcome back for another session of Killer October!!! Today we head back to Mother Russia to talk about the killer cop Mikhail Popkov aka The Werewolf of Angarsk.  This sick SOB was convicted of 78 murders over an almost 2 decade period but confessed to 83 during his savage spree.  He was able to get away with it for so long because he was a cop and avoided suspicion for over a decade because of it.  Luckily eventually the blundering Russian police got their shit together and finally linked him to the crimes but not before he claimed almost 100 victims.  Hopefully prison isn't being kind to him and karma is immediate and every prisoner is taking a turn raping this POS!!!
