He is currently seconded to KPMG Japan. Dr. Sahin has earned his PhD in comparative law by analyzing Japanese insurance law, identifying influences and contrasting it with other jurisdictions. By working internationally, he has also developed a nuanced appreciation of the Japanese insurance market.
