In this episode Scott is joined by the owner and founder of The Malt Room, Matt Macpherson.  Tucked in an alleyway in the heart of Inverness, The Malt Room is the city's first dedicated whisky bar. With a menu featuring over 200 malt whiskies (including private bottlings), a team of knowledgeable and welcoming staff and even a secret whisky club, it has become a must visit for locals and visitors alike.     Matt talked about the idea behind the bar, curating the perfect whisky menu and bottling private casks.
