Dr Jess Davies is a staff anaesthetist at Austin Health who has a proven track record of being passionate about implementing environmentally sustainable practices into healthcare while still delivering a high standard of patient care. While a trainee she started a sustainability research network called TRA2SH that has over 370 members in Australia, NZ and UK.
