In 2018, Kristian Morgan supported Karl Sabbe in his successful attempt to set the Fastest Known Time for the Appalachian Trail. Feeling inspired from this experience, Kristian decided to try and set the record himself in 2019. Unfortunately he did not make it, which we talk about in the episode.
