Why I Pivoted My Business Publicly

2020 was the year of the pivot, in so many ways. From jobs going remote to school going virtual, we improvised and adapted with the best of them. I went into this season of transition confident that my business was one of the few things that would remain constant – I was already working remotely, so there was no need to expect anything to change. Well, just at the end of this bizarre year, in November actually, I had a wakeup call that it was time for basically everything about my business to change.
