Cory Older Cory Older, CPA, has worked in finance and real estate for over 10 years and holds an active real estate license in Texas. Cory began investing in rental and development properties in 2005 and then in 2007 accepted the position as controller at Keller Williams Realty International (KW), now the world’s largest residential real estate company. Cory later moved out of finance, and served as Director of KW’s Commercial Real Estate division, and then later led the Global Property Specialist division and the Young Professionals Division. Cory leads property acquisition, sales, and investor relations. Cory is also a mentor for the 2019 boys. He has lived in Austin for 10 years and he and his wife Danielle have a three year old son named Hudson. He splits his professional life running a membership division at Keller Williams Realty International and serving as president and co-founder of River City Homes, a residential real estate company focused on urban development in Austin. Cory obtained his bachelors and masters’ degree in accounting from the University of Arizona, and later obtained his MBA from the Acton School of Entrepreneurship.
