Aj Osborne is a freedom fighter. He thought he’d achieved the most life had to offer; He was a well-paid benefits consultant making good money. He had a great house and controlled his own time. Aj thought I had beat the 9-5. Unfortunately, that wasn’t true. He was stuck on a treadmill just the same as everyone else. If Aj stopped running the money stopped coming in. Every time he lost a client, he’d have to run hard to replace them or he’d lose that income. The only difference between Aj and anyone else is that he had more bosses! Frustrated, Aj set out to change this and do things different than he’d done before. He learned all he could and presented to his business partner that they should completely change what they were doing that had gotten them to that point. Despite this being a complete 180 degree turn for them, he was on board. The result was building a real estate portfolio worth over 100 million today that they own. “It can never fire us and always pays us whether we work or not”. This move ended up being more important than Aj could have ever imagined. Shortly after the birth of Aj’s 4th child, he became paralyzed from head to toe. Aj was unexpectedly struck with a rare autoimmune disorder called Guillain Barre Syndrome. He was on life support for months unable to move, eat, or breath. But, because of the changes Aj and his partner made to cash flowing assets, money kept coming in to support their family. After Aj was finally able to leave the hospital in a wheelchair, he was able to focus on getting better. Aj literally had to learn to walk all over again. Aj and his wife, Tessa, never worried about losing their house or paying their bills. She could stay home and take care of him and their four children. They had the freedom to heal. Cash flowing assets literally saved Aj’s family. Now, he wants to share his story to help others achieve financial freedom in their lives.
