Chandra Moyer on Flashbacks, Fragments & Facing Trauma

Chandra Moyer was 37 years old when her high-functioning life was disrupted by frightening flashbacks. Chandra set out to piece together the fragments of her emerging memories and, when she put two and two together, it added up to child sexual abuse. Chandra’s story helps illuminate the intense and bewildering experience of being overwhelmed by flashbacks and how to make sense of the information they can bring.
