Shannon and Laura get to know Laura Jones, who has been a Massage Therapist for 17 years specialising in pregnancy, postnatal & infant massage, she is a Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner and a First Moons Circle facilitator. The mother of 4 beautiful children and has also been a birth doula. With a passion for supporting women through life’s biggest transitions: menarche, pregnancy, birth and the post partum period. She understands through her own personal experiences just how important support and nurturing is needed during these times of transition. Join us as we speak with Laura about women’s rites of passage, namely a ceremony called ‘Closing the bones’, Menarche, First Moon Circles, and her handy (pardon the pun) vulva puppet.
