How to prioritize and choose the features to build

When developing digital products, making wise decisions on where to start and how to prioritize all the ideas we have in mind to develop is essential. There are different prioritization techniques in product. In this episode, we explain our experience with our favorite one: the ICE, that we learned when working with Itamar Gilad, which helps you define the priority of your idea bank based on the Impact, Confidence, and Effort. We also discuss how prioritization is done on a tactical level; as well as going through other prioritization techniques like RICE, MoSCoW or the so-called HIPPO.
