Two Minutes in Trade -USTR to Commence Review of 301 Trade Actions on Products of China

The Office of the USTR issued a Notice commencing the statutory review of the section 301 actions, which imposed additional 301 tariffs on products from China.  At this time, the USTR is notifying representative of domestic industries which benefit from trade actions that there is a possible termination of the actions and providing an opportunity to request continuation of the actions.
