Alan Abbs Interview

Alan Abbs is screwed, well, its not what you think. Welcome to Vol State 500k, where Alan has finished running in the “screwed category” (unsupported, carrying everything you need in a pack) across Tennessee. Not only did he finish the race, but he did it in 4 days, 11 hours, 31 minutes, 21 sec – a course record.
