Do you need to be a feminist?

The conversation starts with the question - are you a feminist? We both have our own unique journey with this term and concept, but we both answer yes I am a feminist. Throughout this conversation, we both share our experience of what it means to be a feminist in the workforce. We talk about the role men can and should play within this space, discuss feminist linguists and the role words play and the impact they can have. We also touch upon the different waves of feminism, and the inter-generational challenges of feminists.
