Why is movement so important for you as a coach?You may not think that movement and mobility have much to do with building a business, but this year I’ve learned that movement is imperative to high cognitive capacity. In this episode, we’re joined by a special guest, Rodrigo Gallego, to teach us how to get moving. I asked Rodrigo to help me with some of the questions I had about my own health and I wanted him to share some of these tools and strategies for movement with you too because I know I’m not the only one who’s struggling with this right now. As a coach, it can be easy to spend eight hours a day in front of a computer screen and forget to move your body.
