Strategic Complacency

What comes to mind when you think about complacency? I’m guessing it holds some pretty negative connotations for you.   Maybe you’ve heard people described as complacent in the corporate world when they weren’t doing well at their job. I want to challenge this way of thinking and give you permission to be complacent.    Yes, you read that right. I want you to be more complacent! Why? Because I believe that when you are strategically complacent in certain areas of your life, it gives you more time and energy to excel in one area.    When you focus on one goal at a time, you’re going to reach it a lot faster and be less exhausted. It’s a win-win!   In this episode, I’m sharing four guidelines for using strategic complacency to reach your goals faster.    If you’re exhausted from trying to be perfect in every area of your life, you need to hear this episode.    Connect with me @neillwilliamscoach on Instagram and Facebook   If you’re loving what you’re learning on this podcast every week - the tools, the strategies, and the brain hacks to unbusy your schedule and also unbusy your mind so that you can unbusy your life - please follow, rate and review by heading to Apple Podcasts or wherever you listen to podcasts. Om Podcasten

On this podcast, we'll deep-dive into next-level habits, mindset shifts, and unique practices like Yoga Nidra.  But we're steering clear of any band-aid solutions and time-wasting fads. You won't hear me talk about quick fixes, hacks and trendy apps  that promise the world and deliver nothing.   Let’s be real.  How many planners and time management systems have you bought that are either collecting digital or literal dust?  You and I both know these don’t work.  This show is all about the simple, everyday high impact practices validated by neuroscience and psychology because as it turns out your body is as pivotal to your productivity as your mind.  If you're an ambitious entrepreneur who wants to get 40 hours of work done in 10, stick around. We've got a lot to talk about."
