Since he went to Privilege Ibiza aged 15, LevyM has been obsessed with electronic music. He has gone on to serve up scintillating house tunes on labels like Nervous Records, Sangraal and of course connected. He always brings real feeling to his work and on this one links with SANDHAUS, who has worked previously with Enoo Napa and Kususa amongst others and is a master of thoughtful verses and soulful sounds. The lead single ‘Living For Tonight’ is an anthem for living in the moment. It’s a love song for club culture with long basslines and dreamy vocals. The subtle percussion adds accents as the deep, warm groove continues to hypnotise. The remix from Spanish producer Ian Ludvig is more dance floor focussed with powerful fills and arps but keeps the spiritual feelings of the original. Lastly, ‘Ayana’ is dedicated to LevyM’s newborn daughter. The Afro-focused groove intertwines with the tones of the lead synth and the whole thing oozes a sense of eternal love.
