Understanding Disordered Eating: Eating Disorder Recovery and Body Image Healing - A podcast by Rachelle Heinemann - Tuesdays

“The food industry pays ‘influencer’ dietitians to shape your eating habits”. Yep, you read that right. Recently, the Washington Post put out an article, and it's stirring the pot on a topic close to my heart: the Anti-Diet movement. So let’s stir the pot on this article. Basically, the gist of the article is that big food companies, like General Mills, are teaming up with anti-diet dieticians to promote what they call "junk food" while discouraging weight loss efforts. Sounds sketchy, right? But here's the thing: this article is missing some crucial nuance. Also as a little note - we have a new fun way for you to interact with the podcast!
